Review content:
My father was having some problems with his upright horizontal freezer and took it to this company. There was some manufacturer warrantee. It was deemed irrepairable. My father still wanted the freezer. There was some type of miscommunication between manufacturer and their offices. His freezer was thrown into a dumpster outside their offices. Their offices assumed no responsiblity for it and no assistance in retrieving it out of the dumpster, which is right outside their offices. My brother and I obtained assistance from another store owner next door who saw a woman and a young man attempting to lift a freezer out of his shared dumpster. A Big Thank You to him!
