Great Service!! They showed up within the time frame they said and repaired our fridge in no time. We really thought we were going to have to possibly replace it. They saved us big time!! more

I have been using American Appliance for 14 years and have never been happier. Andrew Lewis is my Technician and I request him when I call. He is always on time, and is here when he says he will be. He talks to me in a way I can understand, and gives me a quote before starting anything. The prices are more than reasonable, and the best part is that he carries everything on his truck. He is usually done in a hour or so depending on what has broke. I highly reccomend this company. American Appliance is family owned and operated and as a small business owner myself, I always try to give any business back to our community. more

FORGET ABOUT 'EM! Terrible 2/13/2010

I called AM on a Sat to have my Freezer repaired and the CSR said it would b e same day service and someone would call me just before they showed up. well, it is now 1245pm and the office closed at noon. I never got a call. I sat here for 4 hours waiting... I could have found another place to do the service. What a waste of my time and now all my food on my fridge since now I probably won't b e able to find someone else this late in the day. Screw them.... DO NOT USE them. They never even gave me a chance to be a customer... and now.... they pissed off the wrong person. Cons: Lousy Service more

Bad Customer Service 5/25/2006

My father was having some problems with his upright horizontal freezer and took it to this company. There was some manufacturer warrantee. It was deemed irrepairable. My father still wanted the freezer. There was some type of miscommunication between manufacturer and their offices. His freezer was thrown into a dumpster outside their offices. Their offices assumed no responsiblity for it and no assistance in retrieving it out of the dumpster, which is right outside their offices. My brother and I obtained assistance from another store owner next door who saw a woman and a young man attempting to lift a freezer out of his shared dumpster. A Big Thank You to him! I liked how the office made sure you were up to date with your service mans time of arrival and how friendly the office was. Nice and neat service receipts. more
