Review content:
Dad needed a rehab facility on short notice after some unforeseen post surgery complications. We set up a tour with the Admissions Director. We decided that the facility was acceptable and indicated he would be released from hospital that day or the next. There was NO indication that the 24 hour window of Dads release was an issue. Within 5 minutes of us leaving she (admission director) fired off an email pressuring the hospital to get Dad there ASAP. Within an hour from the first email she issued an ultimatum to the hospital that if he was not there soon there would not be a bed. During this time Wellington never communicated with us, the family who took the time to tour the facility and meet the staff. Nor was there ANY indication of a potential issue when we were there.
