I ordered takeout. I was told to be there in 25 minutes. 30-minutes later I showed up...they had forgotten to even start my order. I sat there for another 30-minutes while they prepared the whole thing. The waitress asked me what she could do to make it up to me, I suggested giving me one (just one) of the appetizers free. The ""head waiter"" absolutely refused. He was arrogant and I will never go there again. It wasn't about the $10 for the appetizer, it was about them showing concern for the customer. The obviously have none. The place is always empty.
