Home warranty company forced me to use this company. Hot water tank started having problems on a Sunday, they were contacted on the following Monday, and I was told they couldn't get to me until the following Thursday. They asked for information (make, model, serial number) of hot water tank which I gave them. When they showed up on Thursday, they brought the wrong parts and said they would return the next Tuesday. Found another plumber who completed the job the same day I contacted him.
