Review content:
My simple service request: pants to be hemmed Three day turnaround (not too bad, but still a bit disappointing since they have big letters on their window stating same day service for hems). Went to pick up pants. Attempted to try on and almost ripped the pants due to a pin that had been left in the seat of the pants. Not sure why a pin would be needed in the seat of the pants, but I could chalk this up to an honest mistake. Went to check out, and tailor was on the phone. I was prepared to wait for the call to be complete, but tailor just set my bill in front of me and pointed to the amount due. I let the tailor know about the pin left in the pants. She pulled the phone away from her ear for a second and said ""oh really?"", took my check, and went back to her phone conversation. Wow. Upon leaving, I definitely DID NOT feel that my business was wanted or appreciated at this establishment. P.S. Be prepared to pay with cash or check since they do not accept credit cards. It is certainly their right to refuse credit; however, it would be nice if they had a sign somewhere stating their policy so that customers are not surprised upon checkout.
