I took my bridesmaid dress in to be altered and after the first round of alterations the dress, in my opinion had completely lost its shape. It was tight in the legs and loose in the mid section. When I explained how I thought the dress should fit he told me he did everything I asked and blamed it on my body shape. Although the dress was messed up and his comments were cruel what bothered me most was how little he seemed to care. Instead of trying to fix the dress he just lingered around the register area while my sister was the one showing what adjustments should be made. They repinned it and said it would be ready in 5 days. When I showed up almost two weeks later they had completely forgotten to do the second alterations and nothing was done. Luckily for them they finished the dress only a few days before my event. They finally were able to get the shape right after 3 visits however the stitching was visible. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I understand people make mistakes but I felt that they did not take pride in their work nor were they concerned about their customers satisfaction.
