I had a 9:00 appointment. Was out of there at 9:15. Saw the NP for a total of 5 minutes (the other 10 were taken up waiting for my appointment and filling out forms). The PA and her assistant froze off 3 little keratosis. They had little to say, were unpleasant as were the front desk people. Never saw or met the MD. My insurance only paid (get this) $120 of the whopping $380 bill not including my $35.00 co-pay.
