I had a 9:00 appointment. Was out of there at 9:15. Saw the NP for a total of 5 minutes (the other 10 were taken up waiting for my appointment and filling out forms). The PA and her assistant froze off 3 little keratosis. They had little to say, were unpleasant as were the front desk people. Never saw or met the MD. My insurance only paid (get this) $120 of the whopping $380 bill not including my $35.00 co-pay. Cons: Over the top charges, unpleasant staff more

I would not reccommend going here. I could not get in to ant other dermatologists that I called for 3-4 weeks, but was able to get right in when I called here, and now I see why. I met with a physician's asst. and I felt like I was talking to a high school student. She did not look me in the eye, and didn't seem to know very much. She gave me a perscription for a condition I had, after using for a week I called to see if there was something else I could try since I broke out in a rash and had made my skin VERY tight and dry and red. The receptionist called me back 7 hours later and said that the PA reccommends that I use it for 3 months and did not say one word about my side effects. Needless to say, I won't be going back. Pros: Able to get appt. immediately Cons: There's a reason for that. more
