Review content:
Under no circumstances should anyone ever go here. A friend of mine rented his tuxes from Gennaro Tuxedos for his wedding. The hems were glued and wrinkled with the glue residue all over the sleeves and the pants. When my friend refused to take them, the women working there did nothing but yell and scream. They would not listen to a word we said. After refusing to take the tuxes, we all went to another tuxedo place. They informed us that we were not the only party they bailed out from Gennaro. Since then, Gennaro charged several credit cards not only for the rental of the tuxes, but for not returning the tuxes (WHICH NO ONE TOOK). They will not discuss any of these charges. In fact, during one phone call conversation, when asked why these charges were made, they responded with obscene profanities. We are now taking them to court. I strongly advise you to NOT go here!!!
