Review content:
Renting tuxedos should be easy. We found this rental nothing but trouble. The suits were not in when promised. They were not forthcoming with correct information, and when questioned, there was always a poor excuse or them stating they advised, when they did not. They were not tailored to size and the quality of the suits was poor. Loose buttons, ripped shirts and holes in slacks. Before the wedding ceremony, the hem on my husband's (the best man) pants fell. I don't believe they were even sewn at all. All the kids who were sized were incorrect and one of them had the wrong shirt and no tie so he did not match the rest of the bridal party. Upon attempting to return the suits as directed by the store, the store was closed even though posted store hours were stating they should've been open. Extremely inconvenient. I found this store to be most unprofessional and incompetant. I barely give it one star.
