This pool contractor will talk the talk but not walk the walk. he will ask for draws of money and not do the work required. He will not pay sub-contractors on time resulting in liens on your property. Gives many excuses and promises and does not deliver. Over a year since signed contract and pool not finished. He cannot account for money given and will not give prices or schedule. will put in wrong equipment and will let permit expire
