Pool company is horrible. They took our money and left us with a 30,000 concrete hole. They do not answer calls or emails - 5 months into this process and havent seen anyone in over 60 days. Have complaint filed with DBPR. As far as Florida Pool Specialist owner still getting the same ....we will be there tomorrow..2 months and tomorrow hasnt happened yet.. more

Watch out 5/11/2010

This pool contractor will talk the talk but not walk the walk. he will ask for draws of money and not do the work required. He will not pay sub-contractors on time resulting in liens on your property. Gives many excuses and promises and does not deliver. Over a year since signed contract and pool not finished. He cannot account for money given and will not give prices or schedule. will put in wrong equipment and will let permit expire Pros: Builds nice product Cons: Will not complete job more
