Review content:
I changed my insurance to west coast dental north hills two months ago and this is one of the annoying places with worst service. First Experience: I made an appointment for my routine dental cleaning and reached the place 10 minutes before my appointment time and wrote my name in the sign in sheet. Patients who came in after me were called in and getting treated which surprised me. I went to the front desk and asked them why is that i am not being called and they put a blank face and started asking me, do you have an appointment today? I said yes and thanks to their stupidness, they found me finally and told me that i will be put in the next schedule after waiting for 1 hour. They dont care and not even bother to say sorry. Again i waited for 30 minutes and could no longer wait as i have to take care of some pre planned appointments forcing my self to cancel and reschedule the appointment. Second Experience: They diagnoised me with 3 cavities and asked me to pay $675, even though i have insurance. I requested if they can give me any discount and they said its a good discounted price. I ended up going to a different doctor and got the fillings done for $250. Be carefull these guys will rip you off. And as mentioned by other people it is very hard to get appointments. You call them for making an appointment and someone will pick up the phone and say someone will call you back for making the appointment scheduled. You wait for a week and nobody calls you back. Since you are the one who needs treatment and so have to call back again for making an appointment.
