West Coast Dental Of North Hills

I changed my insurance to west coast dental north hills two months ago and this is one of the annoying places with worst service. First Experience: I made an appointment for my routine dental cleaning and reached the place 10 minutes before my appointment time and wrote my name in the sign in sheet. Patients who came in after me were called in and getting treated which surprised me. I went to the front desk and asked them why is that i am not being called and they put a blank face and started asking me, do you have an appointment today? I said yes and thanks to their stupidness, they found me finally and told me that i will be put in the next schedule after waiting for 1 hour. They dont care and not even bother to say sorry. Again i waited for 30 minutes and could no longer wait as i have to take care of some pre planned appointments forcing my self to cancel and reschedule the appointment. Second Experience: They diagnoised me with 3 cavities and asked me to pay $675, even though i have insurance. I requested if they can give me any discount and they said its a good discounted price. I ended up going to a different doctor and got the fillings done for $250. Be carefull these guys will rip you off. And as mentioned by other people it is very hard to get appointments. You call them for making an appointment and someone will pick up the phone and say someone will call you back for making the appointment scheduled. You wait for a week and nobody calls you back. Since you are the one who needs treatment and so have to call back again for making an appointment. more

I was having issues with my insurance plan and had to switch dentists. I was referred to this office and when I got here they told me that my insurance worked. What I had done was a filling replacement in one of my back molars. It was overdue! The dentist told me he?d get it fixed right away and got to it on the double just like he said. This is the most upbeat office I?ve ever been to. And that?s one of the two big reasons why I told my son this would be best option for my granddaughter. Whenever you?re feeling doubtful or worried they give you the little pep talk you need. The guys and girls working the front desk are so friendly too. They were dears when I arrived. Needless to say, I plan to continue coming here. Not only are the waiting area and backrooms kept clean and freshly scrubbed, but they have MANNERS! They?re so respectful and considerate. more

One of the most important qualities of a good dentist is gentleness! This is especially true when it comes to little kids. I love West Coast Dental because all of their dentists, for kids and adults, are very gentle. My little one loves coming here. But they are not slow either. They get their job done without spending too much time. I trust this office with my kid?s teeth and my teeth. My wife also goes here, and recommends this place to other mothers in our local area. Recently, I was surprised to find out I had a major cavity. I had to get a root canal. It was thankful that my dentist was available. He did a great job. The entire procedure went very smooth. more

I am thrilled to be a patient at West Coast Dental in North Hills. The office staff and hygenists are so friendly and my dentist does excellent work. We have 6 daughters that need 6 check ups twice a year so juggling their appointments can be chaotic. Thankfully, the staff at West Coast Dental is very acommodating not only with the scheduling part but when our group arrives on appointment day. They are really good at keeping the girls calm and happy while we are there. Our dentist and his hygenists work quickly to do a thorough job and keep the appointments running on time.
