How car buying should be! My wife and I were in the market for a Pre-Owned BMW but didn't know what my wife really wanted. Kelly Hutto was incredibly professional and patient with our requests to drive many of their selection. When my wife sent an inquiry to the dealer on the web site, we instantly received a phone call from Kelly within about 5 minutes or so. I have never been treated with such respect and patience at any car dealership! Kelly laid out exactly what they had to offer, what BMW would cover and our warranty options up front. He also covered many things in the vehicles that normally would go un noticed by unknowledged sales personnel. Kelly was also very down to earth and real with us about the cars and no matter how many times we had forgotten how to use a feature, he was glad to explain! We ended up going with a 335i, that we thought was very fairly priced and incredibly well taken care of. BMW financing also offered a very fair rate for a pre-owned vehicle. Kelly basically let the car sell its self. Just let us drive it as we pleased until we figured out what a great vehicle we were buying. Overall, we were conforted in the fact that we were taken seriously, treated respectfully and with the utmost attention.
