In September 2013, I purchased my first BMW, a CPO model from BMW of Dallas. I had a fantastic experience thanks to the sales rep Robert Grisham. With multiple visits to the dealership over several months and many test drives, I would have frustrated your average sales rep. Robert, on the other hand, was extremely patient and invested plenty of time educating me on the different models/years until I was ready to purchase. Months later, Robert continues to go above and beyond. I have taken the car in a few times for minor things and Robert has helped make each visit as efficient and convenient as possible. more

BMW's is the best in the business. As always, a trip to BMW of Dallas, even for a Safety Inspection, is a pleasure. I wish my car was still under warranty. BMW's is the best in the business. I wouldn't consider getting anything other than BMW EVER! more

Outstanding 3/18/2011

Ez Elredy was an outstanding client advisor. He was very helpful and professional. I traded in my Lexus for a 3 series coupe and I absolutely love it! I will definitely be purchasing my future vehicles from this store and it was a very enjoyable experience. more
