If you want to have a GOOD party - Don't fix it here - Because there is no guarantee that your reservation (paid in advance) is guaranteed for YOU. It looks like the model they have is if some one comes with a PRIVATE event (which is more money) - they will push you OUT on a days notice .. or should I say even on MINUTES NOTICE !!!
You just can't believe their words - they will keep changing. We had booked a 20 kid's b'day party package with time slot between 3:00 - 4:30 at least couple of weeks before. We got all the confirmation and money was given. Then they called us 2 days before the party to tell that we NEED to change and tell our guest to move to a different time slot !!!
Then on party day - they told us that they have reserved the back arena (which had quite a few slides) for some other private event - so our kids could not use them !! Then they said in lieu of that they will let the kids use the back arena & front arena after 4:30 - then at 4:00 they tell us please WIND UP .. the whole facility is closing at 4:30 for another private event !!
Vow - just could not believe them !!
If you want peace of mind ... never book your kids party here !!
