Kangazoom Alpharetta

Never fix your child's party at Kangazoom, Alpharetta. It was mental harassment for us. The only thing which matters to these people is money. They will take money from you and give you their words for the confirmation of the party in their facility and if somebody else will come to them with more money for private event they will give preference to them and will ruin your occasion. Such a lousy people, they ruined our son's birthday party. This was our worst experience. more

If you want to have a GOOD party - Don't fix it here - Because there is no guarantee that your reservation (paid in advance) is guaranteed for YOU. It looks like the model they have is if some one comes with a PRIVATE event (which is more money) - they will push you OUT on a days notice .. or should I say even on MINUTES NOTICE !!! You just can't believe their words - they will keep changing. We had booked a 20 kid's b'day party package with time slot between 3:00 - 4:30 at least couple of weeks before. We got all the confirmation and money was given. Then they called us 2 days before the party to tell that we NEED to change and tell our guest to move to a different time slot !!! Then on party day - they told us that they have reserved the back arena (which had quite a few slides) for some other private event - so our kids could not use them !! Then they said in lieu of that they will let the kids use the back arena & front arena after 4:30 - then at 4:00 they tell us please WIND UP .. the whole facility is closing at 4:30 for another private event !! Vow - just could not believe them !! If you want peace of mind ... never book your kids party here !! more

Rude staff, including management. Made our party guest feel uncomfortable and rushed, when they gave us a one minute notice to not only leave our rented room, but the whole facility. no manners and did not care children were present, will never recommend this place to any parents. NEVER GOING BACK! more
