Our neighbor referred us to Kenny, insisting that he was the ONLY home inspector we should ever use. They explained that he was just like "Holmes on Homes" ;). We couldn't agree more! Kenny was extremely thorough and helpful throughout his inspection. He didn't miss a thing. He took pictures of absolutely every concern he had and included the pictures and explanation in his report along with his thorough suggestions for how the issues should be properly addressed. Being first time home buyers, we felt extremely well-informed and safe in Kenny's hands. He had us follow him throughout the entire inspection so he could point out anything he found and explain in detail. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone purchasing a property or in need of his professional services.
