Review content:
Kenny Martin has saved me thousands! He steered me clear of a home that had a crawlspace infested with mold and several structural problems that would have been cost prohibitive to repair. After running away from that property, I used Kenny again when I found another home that I liked. Kennys report was 48 pages long and included a 14-page photo summary with 76 photos! As if that werent enough, all issues of concern listed on the report were highlighted in red, making them very easy to find. I used his report on the second home to negotiate approximately $5K in repairs and a price reduction of $3K. He even called me several times to follow up as I negotiated the repairs. I close on the home in about 6 weeks and will use his report as a punch list for all of the remaining small items that he identified. Kenny Martin is the only home inspector Ill ever recommend.
