Businiess name:  Capriccio

Review content:
Capriccio is way overrated. The outdoor seating is always packed and the menu looks interesting, but don't be fooled! The food is just okay, it's expensive for what you get, and the service bites! Literally, a woman came in probably ten minutes after my wife and I were seated -- she was served, she ate, she paid, and she left by the time our appetizer was served. And all the while our glasses are sitting empty. Oh, and by the way, soft drinks come out in little plastic cups so I just assume it's the type of casual place that refills for free -- it's not. It may be a little cheap of me, but come on, if I'm paying two bucks for a cup of soda, throw in a free refill, huh? Pros: Cool outdoor ""patio"" seating on Bedford (like every other Bedford eatery) Cons: Service was slow beyond belief, food's not that great, and it's overpriced for the quality of food
