When your 'fridge doesn't work, it feels like you are living in a third world country. Fridge crashed on a Saturday, Sears said they could come ""look"" at the issue for a mere $120...on Friday, nearly a week after we called.
But Bruce, sweet wonderful Bruce, called me back at 8:20am on Monday and had our Fridge fixed by 9:30.
Bruce ROCKS! In part because of his outrageously cool mustache, my husband and I believe he is a super hero!
