I own and operate a moderate (20 horse) dressage and eventing barn, and buy a ton of tack every year, not only for myself but for a lot my riding students. One visit to the Tack Trunk convinced me to take my business elsewhere. The people who work there acted like I was an intruder in their little clubhouse just by being there and breathing their air! When I did buy one rather expensive item (one that I really needed, and couldn't find elsewhere), all of a sudden they were all over me. I've probably spent $25K or more on tack since myone and only visit to the Tack Trunk, and won't be back there any time soon.
Pros: One of the few english tack shops in the Nashville area.
Cons: Snotty staff, high prices, zero customer service.
