Review content:
The the letters posted above and below are from one couple with an agenda. We have been in business in Bryson City for 26 years and our reputation has never been attacked untill now. This couple presented their pet with a disease called Blastomycosis. It is expensive to diagnose and treat, unfortunately their dog was in the late stages of the disease and did not survive. They had very limited funds to spend and we accomodated them as best we could with those circumstances. They never paid their remaining bill and in return accused us of killing their pet. Much time was spent in explanation of the disease and I also shared a personal experience with them concerning a much beloved pet of my own that was lost to the disease.
