I have read the reviews posted and find it obsurd that one disgruntled bride would use this forum for her ""OPINION"" and her lack of respect for all other Brides to be able to read factual information not just one bride posting the same 'OPINION' over and over under differrent user names, obviously again did not read the terms of this website as it appears she did not read the contract the facililty provided either. As a bride that was married at the Alexander I am offended that you would continue your personal issue over a public forum for information about a facility especially the facility that I just got married in. The Alexander Mansion and staff was nothing more than the best. They attended every need, always willing to lend a hand answer questions and as a Bride, there are always questions, I think I called them every other day, never once did I recieve ""crappy service"" they went above and beyond to make my wedding the perfect one! I loved the place and it was absolutely stunning the night of my wedding, I had the best coordinator the facility had she did everything in a professional and very courteous manner. I am not sure who this one bride is under serval postings but as a intelligent person as you read the posting you see ""revenge"" all over them! Please disregard this bride and read the factual info, not all of them say it was the best , but they have only posted one time with thier experience. I have nothing but great thing to say about the Alexander Mansion, get your own opinion these forums can be very misleading. We all have heard of the show ""BRIDZILLA"", I believe there is one on this forum. Again, The Alexander Mansion was the best place I could have chosen and thier staff was wonderful!! Let me add when you sign a contact you should know what you are signing and you should do as you contracted, via payments, etc., and as I was told from the staff at the Alexander get everything in writing so you are not confused at what is to take place.
