I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE: I had my wedding here and this place treated me terrible. My coordinator Jennifer Brown has a huge attitude and yelled at me when my wedding party was there and told me that I got the date of my rehearsal wrong and that she is right. When I asked for an apology for the way that I had been treated she said that I yelled at her which I did not, considering my ENTIRE family and friends were there as witnesses. & she said that I had problems and issues. & That she wasn't yelling at me, she was being ""stern"" with me. When I asked if I could be assigned a different coordinator she of course said that she was the Operations Manager so she will not allow me to get another coordinator. She said it would do no good for me to write a letter of complaint either since she reads all of the complaints/ and letters, I was just wasting my time. I think the Alexander Mansion needs to pay for her to take some classes in learning how to provide good Customer Service. This place is BAD BAD BAD in customer satisfaction and they don't care about anything other than getting paid and getting your wedding over with. This place probably will not stay in business long if they have people like Jennifer Brown running the business !

Cons: LOW CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
