Review content:
Worst experience ever. I use UPS at work so I know the prices on shipping. I paid $40.00 on an item that would have cost approximately $15.00 at work. THEN was told by the cashier that the $25.00 profit the store had just made on me was not enough incentive for her to let me use some packing tape to retape the box. A shipping store should have shipping materials available. That is just common sense. Also, the cashier was unable to bill my work account for the shipping. These UPS stores must work like the Sprint stores that just sell Sprint phones. When you need help with Sprint, they call in on the customer line. I could have done that at home. These small businesses should call themselves Sort of Sprint or Almost UPS. Because they really are not affiliated with the larger companies in any helpful way.
