i was at a full time job when spherion contacted me for a company that needed a welder. first they misled me to believe they where the company until i get there and find out this was misled.by me already having a full time permanent job i was nervous about going to a temp services. spherion promised me that if i stayed with this compant for 90days i would be hired.yet after 5 months with a company who refused to even take you to a hospital if you where a temp. i wasn't even contacted by spherion when they ended my work there.went in to work like always and was told they had contacted spherion and they should have told me. mind you this was on a Monday they contacted spherion on friday and i had worked over time on Saturday.i had drove an half hour to this company on Monday to be told sperion should have called me. when i finally got in touch with spherion all they could say is they thought the company would inform me that friday and they didn't know what to say. never go to this company they just use people and lie to blue collar workers because they know they cant get you a permanent job
Pros: nothing good about this place
Cons: leaves you out in the cold
