I have never seen an office ran so poorly or more rude, incompetant employees or recruiters, whatever they want to be ""called"" because they certainly don't do their jobs or at least know how to do it correctly. I arrived at their office only to be starred at and not helped after there were 3 employees there that saw when I came in but never offered any assistance. When I started working I was not informed about several important facts such as what to do if I'm not able to go to work, when I get paid, etc. They also never return phone calls so good luck with getting someone from there to call you back, hopefully its nothing important. more

I can confirm what was written below about Maritz & Spherion. I was told to come to an orientation, one day before actual training was to begin. Just minutes into the ""orientation"", the entire class (roughly 20 people) was told that THERE WAS NO JOB. The Spherion Maritz rep Kimberly told us, ""Capital One has decided not to have a class""....... ""OH but we have another job that pays $4 more per hour and we will be calling you about that today..... and also we have WAREHOUSE positions too""........ thanks for a waste of time, gas, and false hope for people who cannot afford to be lied to like this. These people are absolutely horrible and not trustworthy........... needless to say, it is now the end of the day, and have NOT received ANY phone call in regards to the higher paying position.... Spherion works with the well known MARITZ. They go through this major hiring craze every 90 days just so they don't have to give the employees benefits. Once you sign up for MARITZ they have you go to training waste your time and gas. Get to the first day of orientation say OH WE DONT HAVE YOUR BACKGROUND CHECK IN dismiss you and you never hear back from them. WHAT A CROCK OF A COMPANY. They actually get PAID to do this? i was at a full time job when spherion contacted me for a company that needed a welder. first they misled me to believe they where the company until i get there and find out this was misled.by me already having a full time permanent job i was nervous about going to a temp services. spherion promised me that if i stayed with this compant for 90days i would be hired.yet after 5 months with a company who refused to even take you to a hospital if you where a temp. i wasn't even contacted by spherion when they ended my work there.went in to work like always and was told they had contacted spherion and they should have told me. mind you this was on a Monday they contacted spherion on friday and i had worked over time on Saturday.i had drove an half hour to this company on Monday to be told sperion should have called me. when i finally got in touch with spherion all they could say is they thought the company would inform me that friday and they didn't know what to say. never go to this company they just use people and lie to blue collar workers because they know they cant get you a permanent job Pros: nothing good about this place Cons: leaves you out in the cold more
