Charter is THE WORST internet provider I have come across in my life (and I have lived in 3 different states and 2 different countries!)! I spend all my cell minutes on the phone complaining about no or intermittent internet connection. They will credit your bill a couple dollars per day (if you are forceful) but that does not help when you have solid work to do using your internet. I HATE CHARTER. In the process of switching right now. 6mths of this crap is way too long!
I wish I could give this company NO stars, it is that bad!
