Review content:
This book store is not what it used to be, when it was located in Worcester. I remember going to the Worcester location and instantly feeling a welcoming and friendly feeling. Their New Age section was HUGE and carried a Gay/Lesbian section. Now their New Age section is very, very small and they do not carry Gay/Lesbian books, magazines or the Bay Windows newspaper. I am very disappointed and probably will not shop there again. Not to mention how unfriendly and rude the staff are! I got dirty looks from the cashier coming into the store and she didn't talk to me as I was cashing out. I MISS BORDERS!!!
