First of all let me say, I am not a complainer about these things. In fact, I hardly ever write reviews on anyone or anything. In this case, I feel it is neccessary you take this message to heart before buying a car with Alexander Toyota. I bought a '09 Toyota Yaris from them and it has been a nightmare from the word ""go."" The car is great. The only thing that is an issue is getting it serviced for issues that were wrong with it at the time I bought it (i.e. window making wierd noises, A/C smells, weird engine noises). When I dropped if off for repair, one of the servicemen told me ""Well, since the engine noise is making a 'faint' sound [as opposed to a real loud sound], we aren't going to look into that."" I was shocked by this. I couldn't believe that he would tell me that. I replied, ""Even if it is a faint noise, it can still be a big deal."" After dealing with multiple people, I finally got through to someone who had some sense. As of this point, I have been without my car for 4 days now as they have been going back and forth about why they can't/won't look at it. I am a firm believer in Toyota. I believe I have made a good purchase. I am afraid I may have went with the wrong dealer. Please keep this in your mind as you consider buying from them. They will sell you a car with no problem. If you have a warrenty issue, get ready for a fight!
