Review content:
I worked in customer service for years before becoming a stay-at-home mom, so my radar is finely tuned for good customer service. Everyday I see people in the industry who could go that extra measure to improve the customer experience but simply can't be bothered. This is not the case at Alexander Toyota. You must make sure that those in charge know what a wonderful staff you have there and that they did something right to find such hard-working, caring employees.
