I had sound fx pull my alpine head unit from my old car and install it in my new one.Once they did this, they created a battery drain which killed my battery every 6 weeks. i took it to the dealer and they spent three days and removed their equipment and said it was the after market installation. Barry's of Newport charged me $0 for three days work. After already spending close to $3,000 on the hardware and another $700 to put it in a new car Sound fx said it was not thier fault. They then proceeded to put the unit back in for another $200. This killed my battery again so i asked them to remove it. (which was done at no charge) I have $3,000 worth of equipment and they refuse to return my calls and no one else will touch thier equipment, but my car starts every day now. What a great place to deal with. Yeah right.
