I scheduled a pickup for 6 in the morning for work the night before. The dispatcher was RUDE! I then called at 5:55AM to make sure a cab was on the way. This dispatcher was quite rude also! She said they were still working on getting me a cab. When I asked if she had an approximate time that a cab might be here, I was told that ""Nothing is guaranteed in life except death!"". Needless to say, a cab never showed, I had to use another cab in the area, and I was late for work. DO NOT USE YELLOW CAB. THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND SCHEDULING A RIDE MAY MEAN NOT GETTING A RIDE!!!!
