Don't waste your time depending on Yellow Cab in Charleston. I called 12 hours in advance to schedule a 6am cab to the airport. At 6:10, I called to find out where the cab was. The woman on the phone told me, ""I see that you called ahead to schedule a fare this morning, along with everyone else in the city. We're still working on finding you a cab."" Short story shorter, she couldn't tell me even IF I would get a cab, let alone when, so I had to drag my wife and baby out of bed to drive myself to the airport. Hey Yellow Cab, maybe you could at least call your customers instead of simply not showing up! If you feel like REALLY impressing people, suggest a competitor when you are genuinely swamped! You'll lose a fare you couldn't handle instead of losing a customer for life!!
