Review content:
One star is too high. Rentals tried to charge me $30 for re-fueling, I knew I had refilled the equipment. Called them on it and they refunded me, meanwhile the staff there treats you like they are doing you a favor by letting you shop in their store. Called to complain to the manager and get a lecture rather than a resolution, oh yeah he even told me about how I can do the checking for John in rentals next time, then proceeded to tell me about him renting planes. Obviously he could care less about the customers, I'll shop somewhere else and not recommend Grenville hardware to anyone. BTW not the only problem there just one of a few.
Cons: supposed to be local, treat you worse than a big box store
