Review content:
Greenville Hardware in Greenville, RI has been giving me the run around. I brought in something to get repaired. Originally, I was told that the turn around time was 1 week, unless a part was needed. Nothing was ever said about 1 week unless we have a lot to do before we get yours, etc. It's been 6 days since they have had my snowblower to repair, and not even a call to say what's wrong with it, how much it's going to cost, etc. I called on a Wed and the guy who fixes them is off on Wed. Then I called Thurs morning around 11 a.m. and he wasn't in yet due to the weather, which I do understand. They couldn't tell me when he would get there. I called at 4:30 and he leaves promptly at 4:00. Overall, I like to support local businesses, but not if they give you the run around and tell you what you want to hear even though it's not reality. They have my snowblower to fix so not going to get it to bring elsewhere at this point, but would think twice about ever bringing anything back here again.
