Review content:
My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Joe Cooper Ford in Yukon. As far as the vehicle goes I am very happy. It is just what I was looking for, however, after the dotted line was signed the sales manager and general manager at the dealership forgot I even existed. They refused to help in any way. I was not told before purchasing the vehicle that it only came with 1 set of keys. After the deal was done they said I could purchase another set of keys for over $100. Now that may not seem like much to most, but to me it was. Its not much money but the fact that I just spent a great deal of money on this purchase and only received 1 set of keys was just upsetting. It seems like the old motto, ""the customer is always right"" does not matter to these people. All they kept saying after I asked them to provide another set of keys was, ""If I did it for you I would have to do it for everyone else."" It seems to me that you should do this for everyone else. I really like my new vehicle, but I will NEVER go back to this dealership that does not respect its customers or even cares if that customer is happy with his purchase. Good grief what is $100 to a multi-million dollar dealership. I'll be taking my business somewhere else. Furthermore the salesman made racial slurs against Mexican-Americans in casual conversation as if this was acceptable.
Pros: None whatsoever.
Cons: Managers are rude, salesman made racial slurs.
