I drove 3 hrs up to their lot in the car I was trading for the new vehicle. The sales team led me to believe I was going to be driving the new vehicle home that evening. I'd had 99% of the paperwork done before so all I needed to do was present the check for down payment. I did everything they asked & once I handed over the check, they informed me I was to come back the next day because they'd not even put the car I was purchasing in the shop to be prepared for cleaning & placement of a satellite for their GPS system to track down the car any place, any time. Judging by how the car's interior/exterior looked when I went the next day to pick up the car, I'd like to know what their definition of ""UNCLEAN"" is! NOTHING was washed, polished, vacuumed! I did purchase the car ""as-is"" so legally they don't have to take a rag to the vehicle at all, but it seems they are none too concerned w/ a customer's complete satisfaction. They do the bare minimum & once your paperwork is signed, you're as good as dirt to them.
Pros: Nice cars
Cons: Scare tactics, dishonesty, poor communication,unprofessional
