Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! The Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I bought my dress here and they lied about the arrival date of my dress. They lied about the alterations being ready. They treated me worse than I have ever been treated in my life. The girls who work here are snobby and the management is nonexistent! I really can't say enough bad things about this place. UNBELIEVABLY HORRIBLE!!!! I would give them negative 10 stars if possible. I wouldn't want any other bride to be treated as I was treated. One of the workers even admitted that she would not be happy with the experience of buying a dress at her store!
