I ordered my bridesmaids dresses online on June 18th 2011, they were Jim Hjelm dresses, which are made to order when purchased. I requested them by August 20th 2011. I received a phone call informing me that I had to send an internet request through their website requesting that they be delivered by August 28th, as they would not promise them any sooner and they had to have a request from me in writing or the dresses would simply not be made. I must add that I also paid the fee for a ""rush"" on this order. My wedding was September 3rd, 2011. My dresses arrived just in time for the wedding (4 days prior to the wedding with little time for adjustments), minus the garment bags I ordered. I have been trying to contact the company through e-mails on this subject since returning from my honeymoon, with no response. I called the retail store where they told me they have no access to the records of online orders and eventually hung up on me. I still have received no response from the internet site I have e-mailed three times. My only recourse at this time is to warn any one considering purchasing from this company is to do so at LEAST six moths in advance, and do not look for any customer support, timely or otherwise.
