Review content:
Although there is a good selection of dresses, the customer service at Jon's Bridal is terrible. When I went there to look at dresses and then to pick mine up, the ladies at the front counter were rude to me and my family. They were not happy and had a bad attitude, like they didn't want to be there-definitely not cheerful at all.
I paid for half of my wedding dress, then came back about a week later to pay off the rest and take it home. When I went there, they could not find my dress, but then realized it was under a different name. Then when I wanted to try it on for one last time, the lady rudely told me that they do not let anyone try on already paid for dresses on the weekend! (Even though is was not crowded at all!) She made me feel like I was wasting her time for wanting to make sure dress the same one! I just wanted to make sure it was the exact dress that I half purchased-since they misplaced it. I spent nearly $2,000.00 on the dress and the veil I wanted to make sure the dress was in great condition. Now what if I took the dress home and noticed that a bead (s) was missing, it was the wrong size, or there was a hole in it. I am sure if I went back to return it, they would have told me, didn't you try it on before you took it home? There is no way I am going back there. I am still stunned at the way they treated me.
