I purchased my dress from Jons bridal one month ago and just picked it up today! What a WONDERFUL experience! I had shopped at one store before this one and it was awful, my mom was helping me put on dresses in a typical small fitting room, NO HELP from attendant. We (my entire Bridal party, and MOMS) went to Jons Bridal directly after the first place! WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! Tessie helped me out, which you would think bringing a party of 12 in with you she would be overwhelmed, nope she handled us PERFECT! I showed he styles of dresses I liked and she pulled exactly what I was looking for, SHE helped me put them on, buttoned, zipped, and bustled, not my mom. I found the perfect dress, which she had me try on at least 3 times just to be sure. She didn't seem interested if we wasted her time she genuinely CARED about me, my thoughts, and how I felt in the dress. She was AWESOME! As I picked up my dress today, I couldn't have asked for another great experience! So helpful and educated me on my dress. I will hands down send everyone to JONS BRIDAL!! Best service EVER!
