with an armenian spouse,and living in glendale, i have made the rounds of armenian and middle eastern eateries in glendale and pasadena and some on the west side and this is by far the best food at a great price. the falafel is out of this world and people that ""think"" they don't like falafel will love elena's. the combo plate is especially good for first timers because you get a range of tastes.the lamb chops are among the best and the rice is mouth watering. the ambience is primitive but you aren't eating that. this is where we take our friends and family for authentic armenian food with a greek flair.
Pros: fantastic food at great prices!
Cons: primitive ambience.
