Review content:
I have been a patient at this practice for over 10 years and was originally a patient of Dr. Pohlmann who left the practice a number of years ago. Then I was transferred to having Dr. Good as my PCP - who I have never actually seen. Dr. Eichengreen and Dr. Novak are pretty good doctors and my husband likes Dr. Kotrady. For the last 3+ years I've only seen Cheryl McDonald (the PA) for visits. She is pleasant but rushes through the visit and her cure-all is a Z-pak. I've had multiple doctors diagnose me with illness induced asthma but Cheryl insists I'm fine even if I'm actively wheezing. She's also uneducated on what medications can safely be prescribed to nursing mothers.
Their nurses and receptionists/office staff are uniformly ill-tempered and rude. Honestly, it was a relief when I was pregnant and able to see my OBGYN for ""primary care"" sick visits, because I knew I'd get proper care and it meant I didn't have to deal with Middlesex Family Physicians. I am currently looking for a new primary care doctor closer to where we live because I'm tired of driving to Middletown to have such a lousy experience.
