I'll buy from them again when my wife wants another car! I wanted to upgrade to a new Lexus so I went online, saw the car i wanted, called Broadway Motors and spoke with Brooks. Very positive experience. My wife and I drove a couple of Lexus' and when we decided which one we wanted Books told us he would hold our check until we transferred some money into our account.
I noticed a problem with the two 12v outlets for cell phone/GPS devices, A week later I had the title in my hand and when I went to pick it up Brooks located the problem fuse, replaced it and I've not had a problem since. This was a few weeks ago. Car passed smog no problem and I couldn't be happier.
I love this car and when it comes time to buy another, guess where we'll be shopping? :)
