I'll buy from them again when my wife wants another car! I wanted to upgrade to a new Lexus so I went online, saw the car i wanted, called Broadway Motors and spoke with Brooks. Very positive experience. My wife and I drove a couple of Lexus' and when we decided which one we wanted Books told us he would hold our check until we transferred some money into our account. I noticed a problem with the two 12v outlets for cell phone/GPS devices, A week later I had the title in my hand and when I went to pick it up Brooks located the problem fuse, replaced it and I've not had a problem since. This was a few weeks ago. Car passed smog no problem and I couldn't be happier. I love this car and when it comes time to buy another, guess where we'll be shopping? :) Thanks Brooks! You ROCK! more

Bought my Wife's car from Norm & Brooks several months ago. Everyone in used car sales has to make money, but I felt like these guys were very laid back and gave us a good deal. More important, I felt like they treated my Wife with respect & didn't try to pull anything over on her, told me the exact same things they told her, no hidden info, no bullying or belittling. I just bought a car from Norm Barker. There were no high pressure sales; the keys were just given to me to let the vehicle speak for itself. It was competitively priced at a few thousand under NADA value. The vehicle had some normal wear and tear associated with a seven year old car, but there were a couple of things that I wanted fixed. I didn't discover them until after the papers were signed and he had my money. It didn't matter to him. He ordered the parts and a few days later I was given a loaner car while the repairs were made. I had a great experience with them and detected nothing shady about this company. I am a real customer and this is my honest review. The staff was professional, no hassle buying, great selection of vehicles, staff was helpful during visit and staff had knowledge of vehicles. Go by and see Norm for your next vehicle and a great cup of coffee (Its always brewing) And Brooks to start your paperwork on a previously owned vehicle. I have to say that me and my husband were very pleased with the service and I would recommend this lot to anyone that is seeking a vehicle. more

The Truth!! Buy a car from this dealership and you are supporting the new mosque. The owners are big backers of the mosque. They put a white guy out front to sell the cars but you will never see them. They own two other crlotsn town, Starone and Advanced Motors. They areallfronts to funnel money into the mosque. Don't buy from them!! more
