I would never use any other dry cleaners in this area. I began using Bobby Page's back in the late 90's when my National Guard unit used them in Carson City for all our military uniforms. I was so impressed I began using them for all my civilian needs too. When I moved to Reno I naturally used them. I went to the store that used to be on Moana and found that the co-owner Steve was as hard, if not harder, worker than his employees! He was always very pleasant and tried extremely hard to satisfy his customers. Now that I am in the northwest I use either the Robb Drive or Sharlands stores and love both of them! I, too, have had problems with items from time to time but they ALWAYS own up to their mistakes and have always replaced or repaired any damages. Mistakes do happen and they are human but I have never had a problem with them not making restitution. I would never go anywhere else...you won't find customer service like they have anywhere else!!
Pros: Excellent customer service, try very hard to satisfy your needs, very prompt with items
Cons: Hmmm...none!
